Our long-time legal friend, Mr. Lowe, has a lot to share in the way of covid law updates. We will cover a lot of ground in one hour:

  • Contract negotiations and new provisions: approaching changes and considerations for your future event contracts -- now and in 18 months
  • The latest developments in the legislative and regulatory landscape, including updates in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and its impact on associations; other funding and government programs

Associations and Public Health -- a Timely Discussion with Oregon Health Authority's Chief Medical Officer
Presented by Dana Hargunani, MD, MPH, DSI Director & Chief Medical Officer, Oregon Health Authority (OHA) & Member of Governor Brown's Coronavirus Response Team
We are fortunate to have Dr. Dana Hargunani provide OSAM professionals with a very timely update from the Oregon Health Authority. We will hear from one of the State's foremost leaders during this health crisis; the medical perspective and ongoing impacts on our Oregon communities. Dr. Hargunani will talk about the current medical landscape (what we're seeing, the curve) and how re-opening looks from a public health perspective. This is also our unique opportunity, as association professionals, to share our specific thoughts and concerns with this important and influential director; what associations and our members need today and moving forward.
